摘要
本文简要介绍了声表面波(SAW)传感器的原理以及典型应用,并指出了其技术难点和发展方向。
This paper outlines the principles of surface Acoustic waves sensor as well as their typical applications. The technical problems, key points and the development trends of SAW Sensors are also described in the paper.
