摘要
教育教学案例不仅有传统知识论所认可的命题性知识,而且蕴含了教师在行动中隐含的能力型知识以及教师所处的问题情境、社会互动关系和时空连续性。因此,案例式研修被认为非常适合教师的学习和专业发展。本文探讨了案例式研修对教师学习的意义,指出当前我国案例式教师研修实践面临的挑战和对策,并就这种研修方式在教师发展方面可能具有的探索空间提出了一些初步建议。
Educational cases not only contain the propositional knowledge acknowledged by traditional knowledge, but also show the ability-oriented knowledge implied in teachers" action, the problem circumstances in which teacher stands, social interaction and time-space continuity. Thus, case study is considered to be a very good means for teachers" learning and teacher professional development. This paper explores the functions and significance of case study for teachers" learning, points out the challenges faced by current practice of case study in China and countermeasures, and puts forward some primary suggestions for exploration space of case study in teacher development.
