摘要
高中名校办分校是在公共财政投入不足和人们对优质教育需求不断增长的背景下出现的,也是教育民营化的一种探索。然而,这一办学实践已暴露出不少问题,偏离了"惠民"的价值取向。对此,本文认为可以从明确政府责任切入,合理引导高中名校办分校的发展。
Famous high school running branch school is a form of running school under the background of the inefficient public finance and people＇s increasing demand of high quality education. It is also a practical exploration of privatization of education, but in practice this form of running school has exposed some problems that can not be ignored. The value orientation of famous high school running branch school should be to benefit people, but it deviates from the value Orientation in practice. So the government should clear responsibilities and guide its development reasonably.
