摘要
比较了B、La、P、P-Mg元素改性的[B]杂原子沸石催化剂,硅烷化的[B]杂原子沸石催化剂,改性前、后高温水汽处理的[B]杂原子沸石催化剂,以及经几种方法综合制备的[B]杂原子沸石催化剂对甲苯/乙烯烷基化反应的影响。通过对[B]杂原子沸石催化剂的改质,使催化剂的活性、对位产物选择性、以及稳定性都达到了满意的效果。其中以B改性效果最好,在活性22.92%时,对-乙基甲苯选择性达96.80%,而且稳定性也好。水汽处理是提高催化剂稳定性的好方法。硅烷化处理后,提高了烷基化反应产物的对位选择性。
The zeolite catalysts of mingled atom modified by B,La,P,P-Mg, one modified by chemical surface deposition of silicon, one treated in water-vapour at high temperature and treated by comprehensive all the above mentioned methods used to effect of the alkylation of toluene with ethytene are compared. The modified zeolite catalysts have satisfactory alkylation activity, selectivity and stability. The zeolite catalysts modified by B is the best in all methods, the selectivity of p -ethyltoluene reached 96.80 % at the activity 22.92 % and the stability was good. The water-vapour treatment is a good method to increase the activity stability of catalysts. The zeolite catalysts modified by chemical surface deposition of silicon improved the alkylation p -product selectivity.
