摘要
研究了Co/Hβ分子筛催化剂上2-甲基萘的烷基化反应,考察Co含量和反应温度的影响。通过与Hβ和Mg/Hβ分子筛对比发现,反应温度(400~450)℃,1%Co/HB分子筛上2-甲基萘的转化率和目的产物二烷基萘的总选择性较高,副产物萘和多烷基萘较少。结合甲醇和乙醇不同烷基化试剂以及对比实验结果,证实烷基化过程中发生包括异构化、歧化和烷基化等反应;产物二烷基萘大多来源于2一甲基萘的歧化和溶剂均三甲苯的转移烷基化,甲醇或乙醇作为烷基化试剂部分参与了2一甲基萘的烷基化反应,而相当一部分则生成低碳烃。
The alkylation of 2-methylnaphthalene was studied over Co modified Hβ molecular sieves cata- lysts, and the influence of Co loading and reaction temperature on the catalytic activity was investigated. Compared with HI3 and Mg/Hβ molecular sieves, 1% Co/Hβ molecular sieves exhibited better conversion of 2-methylnaphthalene and selectivity to dialkylnaphthalene at (400 -450 ) ℃, and less by-products naphthalene and muhi-alkylnaphthalene were attained. Using methanol or ethanol as alkylation regents, the experimental results showed that the process consisted of the reactions such as isomerization, disproportionation and alkylation;dialkylnaphthalene mainly resulted from both the disproportionation of 2-meth- ylnaphthalene and the transalkylation with trimethyl benzene, and the contribution of alkylation by methanol or ethanol was small as compared with that transformed to lower hydrocarbons.
