摘要
系统以武汉东湖开发区土地储备的实际工作需求为牵引,利用GIS和数据库技术,以多种与土地相关的数据为分析对象,设计与实现了土地储备系统,大大提高了管理水平和工作效率。
With the actually requirement of land reservation of Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone（WHELHDZ）,we design and implement land reservation system based on GIS and database techiques with the analysis of data related to land.With the land reservation system we promote the management level and efficiency to deal with transactions in land management.
