摘要 充分应用亚麻下脚料,用湿法非织造布生产方法,生产出低成本的非织造布产品.通过以关键工艺参数为变量的正交实验及主要性能的测试可知,在工艺上主要需解决好原料的预处理、原料的配比、切断纤维的长度、粘合剂的选择及加入量等关键问题.结果表明,切断纤维长度宜控制在10~15mm之间,"精落"的混入量的质量分数在10%~20%之间为宜,PVA的加入量为0.02kg/L时成品抗张强力较好.产品经性能测试,其各项强度指标高于等单重的纸类/牛皮纸类产品,手感柔软性好,可用于低成本的包装袋、购物袋等. The focus is on the process of producing wet-laiding nonwoven fabric with flax tow. Through the key process parameters for the variable performance of orthogonal experiment and the main test, we can see that the pretreatment of material, the mixture ratio of material, the length of fiber, the laiding index, the choice and the quantity of adhesion agent are very important. The results show that the cutoff fiber length should be controlled at between 10-15 mm; The quality of the mixed volume percentage of 10%-20% with "combed flax tow" is appropriate; The finished product tensile strength is good with PVA accession amount of 0.02 kg / L.The end product has soft handling and the strength is higher than that of its single-weight paper, such as kraft paper products which meet the need of disposable packaging materials.
