摘要
研究了阳离子淀粉在再生纸中的应用,探讨了阳离子淀粉对再生纸的增强作用、助留作用、助滤作用、对再生纸光学性能的影响以及与固着剂的配合使用。结果表明,阳离子淀粉对脱墨浆料抄造的纸页强度性能影响小,对混合浆料抄造的纸页性能影响较大;阳离子淀粉可提高脱墨浆料和混合浆料中的填料留着率,使纸页不透明度提高、白度降低、色调改变,影响纸页的光学性能;使阳离子固着剂或阳离子湿强剂和阳离子淀粉配合使用,可进一步提高细小组分的留着。
The application of cationic starch in reproduced paper was studied. The strengthening, retention, and filtration add functions of cationic starch to reproduced paper, and the influence of cationic starch on optical performance of reproduced paper were discussed. It was showed that the effects o{ cationic starch on strength of paper from deinked pulp are small, and bigger on that from the mix of deinked pulp. Cationic starch can increase the retention of fillings and influence optical properties of reproduced paper. The retention of fines in reproduced paper increased further when the fixed agent is used with cationic starch.
