摘要
提出了非轴对称载荷作用下计算波纹管的位移和应力的有限单元法。将波纹管离散为锥壳单元,单元之间用节点圆相连结,载荷和位移沿环向展开成傅立叶级数,这样降低了计算维数,减少了计算工作量。分析和算例表明,该方法能方便有效地用于计算波纹管的位移和应力。
The bellow is discretized to conical elements, which are connected each other by using nodal circles. The formulas of the load and displacement of bellow are expanded in Fourier series along circumferential angel. The computation time can be decreased. An application example shows that this method can be used to compute the displacement and stress of bellow effectively and conveniently. This method is available for engineering design of bellow.
