摘要
整体多柱型称重传感器是20世纪90年代柱型称重传感器结构设计、制造工艺和非线性补偿技术的一次飞跃。近些年来,我国许多企业开始生产此类产品,为此在对单柱型称重传感器受力分析的基础上,介绍了整体三柱、四柱型称重传感器的结构特点与力学特性,通过建立数学模型分析和计算这两种结构抗偏心载荷、侧向载荷的能力。
The whole multi-columnar type load cell is structure design, fabrication technology and non-linear compensation technology's leap of columnar type load cell in 1990s. Many enterprises recently start to produce this kind of products in our country, for this reason, based on analyzing single columnar type load cell the author introduces structure feature and mechanical characteristic of the whole three columnar and four columnar type load celL and then analyzes and calculates capacity of anti-eccentric load and side load of these two kinds of structures through establishing mathematical model.
