摘要
针对草甘膦生产过程中的大时滞、非线性对象,把Sm ith预估控制原理和模糊控制器参数的自适应调整方法结合起来,提出带积分的自适应模糊-Sm ith控制策略,基本控制级采用模糊控制,协调级采用自适应机制实时调整控制器的量化和比例因子,积分器实时进行积分。MATLAB仿真结果表明,该控制策略具有良好的动静态特性及更强的鲁棒性,是解决草甘膦合成过程温度控制问题的一种有效策略。
Aiming at the object with large time - delay and non - liner in the production of glyphosate, a self - adaptive fuzzy - Smith control strategy combined the principle of Smith predictive control with self- adaptive fuzzy control and utilized self- adaptive method to tune parameters of fuzzy controller on -line was designed in order to improve the steady - state accuracy and self - adaptive ability, in which, fuzzy controller was employed in lower level, self- adaptive method was taken to tune both the quantitative factors and scale factor on - line in supervisory level, as the integrator was adjusted. Simulation results show that the presented method has strong robustness and better control performance, which is effective on temperature control in the production of glyphosate.
