摘要 封孔是一种有效的提高涂层耐腐蚀性能方法。本文研制了一种耐酸蚀的封孔剂并对封孔材料的配比进行了优化。采用正交设计方法进行实验方案设计,选用碱金属硅酸盐做基料、纳米粉以及屏蔽作用的云母作为封孔材料,研制出耐酸蚀封孔剂。通过扫描电镜观察表明,该封孔剂可以显著降低涂层的孔隙率,明显提高了涂层的耐酸性能,特别是耐高温腐蚀性能得到较大改善,可延长涂层的使用寿命,且该封孔剂无污染,满足工业应用需求。 Sealing technology is an effective method to enhance the corrosion resistance of coatings. In the artiele, an sealant with corrosion resistance was developed, and its sealing allocated parameters were optimized. The experiments were done with the orthogonal design. The sealant with corrosion resistance was developed by the alkaline metal silicate as the parent metal, and the nano rice and mica as sealing materials. Then, the surfaces of coatings were observed by the scanning electron microscope. The results show that the sealant can obviously reduce the porosity and increase the corrsion property . Especially corrosion resistance at high temperature is enhanced to extend the service life of coating. Besides, the sealant is cheap and has no pollution to meet the need of industrial application.
