摘要
发展生态工业园是构建鄱阳湖生态经济区工业体系的重要组成部分,是实现区域生态经济化与经济生态化互动互促的有益探索。通过重构绿色导向机制,建立生态工业技术支撑体系,建立完善的市场调控体系,发展有自主知识产权的环保技术,加大对生态园区的政策扶持等措施,促进生态工业园区发展,将有助于鄱阳湖生态经济区转变经济增长方式,走新型工业化道路,实现人口、资源、环境与经济的协调发展。
As an important composition of constructing the indoustrial system of the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone,the development of the eco-industrial park is a helpful exploration to realize the interaction and interpromotion of the regional eco-economization and the economy ecologization.The measures,such as reconstructing a green-oriented mechanism,setting up an eco-industrial technical supporting system and a complete market regulating system,developing environmental protection technologies with autonomous intellectual property rights,and strengthening the policies support for the ecological park,would help the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone transform its economic growth mode and adhere to the road of new industrialization to achieve the coordinative development of its population,resources,environment and economy.
