摘要
在辽东湾JZ9—3油田,对于井口密集的西区钻井沉箱上,首次采用集中快速钻表层工艺,取得三项新技术,即事先钻“目”字型布置井口的对角线上的井;使用PDC钻头钻表层;用低温速凝早强水泥浆固井。使每口井表层作业时间由原来的345h缩短到679h,节约钻井作业时间346天,节约费有870万元,为开发高密集丛式井组沉箱表层钻井工艺技术,摸索出了一套成功经验。
In J29-3 Oilfield of Liao Dong Gulf, intensive and rapid surface drilling technique has been used on the west-block drilling caisson which has dense wellhead, and 3 new techniques has been achieved. These techniques can shorten surface drilling time of every well from 34 5h to 6 79h,saving 34 6 days of drilling time and 8 7 million RMB, establishing a set of successful experiences for developing near-surface drilling technology for caissons with very dense cluster wells.
