摘要
采用大功率LD脉冲运转泵浦Nd:YAG,以消除连续运转时产生的热效应的影响,采用LBO腔内倍频获得高效蓝光输出。实验比较了不同脉冲占空比及不同脉宽时激光的输出特性,对脉冲泵浦减小热效应进行了研究。在未采取特殊致冷,泵光与腔模不匹配的情况下,在占空比为1:3,泵浦功率为7.2W时,获得239mW的473nm蓝光输出,光-光转换效率达到3.3%。
A Nd:YAG laser realized was pumped by a high power pulsed LD to eliminate the influence of thermal effect in CW operation, and Blue light was generated with LBO intra cavity frequency doubling. Laser performance was tested and compared at different duty cycles. And study the pulsed pumping eliminated influence of thermal effect. When the special refrigeration was not taken and the laser modes of the pumping and the intra cavity were not matched, 239 mw output power of 473 nm blue laser were obtained at the 1:3 duty cycle and incident power of 7.2 W, and the optical - optical conversion efficiency was 3.3%.
