摘要
随着海南国际旅游岛的规划建立,以五指山为中心的民族风情旅游越来越受大众旅游的青睐,但是由于民族地区旅游资源开发时间较短,导游的培训与管理较为松散,所以针对这种情况,本文从导游人员的含义和性质出发,详细论述了对少数民族导游人员培训的内容和培训方式。
With the establishment of Hainan International touring island, the minority flavors, which centers Five Finger Mountain, has gained popularity in tourists. But the short of exploitation of touring resources results in the inattention of tour-guide training and management, so, in connection with the situation , this paper bases the contents and ways of minority tour-guide training on the meaning and characters of tour-guide .
