白细胞介素影响绵羊体外受精胚胎生长发育的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究探讨了三种细胞因子白细胞介素-1β(lL-1β),白细胞介素-2(lL-2)和白细胞介素-6(lL-6)对绵羊体外受精胚胎早期生长发育的影响作用.结果显示,白细胞介素-1β在500IU/ml和1000IU/ml浓度时能够促进绵羊胚胎的囊胚率,白细胞介素-6只有在50IU/ml浓度时才能够促进绵羊体外受精胚胎的囊胚率,白细胞介素-2则对绵羊胚胎的囊胚率无影响.这说明不同细胞因子的加入能够影响绵羊体外受精胚胎的早期生长发育.白细胞介素-1β能够促进绵羊胚胎的囊胚率,其将有助于在绵羊胚胎生产实践中的应用. This research aim was to investigate whether cytokines:Interleukin 1β(IL β),Interleukin 2(IL 2) and Interleukin 6(IL 6) affect the subsequent development of ovine IVF derved embryos in a droplet of synthetic oviduct fluid (SOF) medium with or without addition of different doses of cytokines,These results shows:1) There were significant increases in the developmental rate of early IVF derived embryos to hatching blastocysts with addition of IL 1β in doses of 500IU/ml,1000IU/ml(P<0 05). With addition of IL 1β in dose of 50IU/ml,there is no difference of the hatching rate of ovine embryo comparing with the control group.2) It showed the significant increases in the developmental rate of early IVF derived embryos to hatching blastocysts with addition of IL 6 in dose of 50IU/ml(p<0 05). With 500 and 1000IU/ml addition of IL 6,it is no differences comparing with the control group. 3) There were no differences in the developmental rate of early IVF derived embryos to hatching blastocysts with the addition of IL 2 in doses of 50IU/ml,500IU/ml,100IU/ml.These results suggest that interleukins added in cultured medium may contrebute to changes the culture condition of ovine embryos and affect the development of sheep embryo in vitro.
