摘要
目的:观察以邻指动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损创面的效果。方法:根据患指缺损面积大小,在邻近手指尺侧上设计以指动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣转移修复患指,供区创面植皮修复。结果:50例皮瓣全部存活。随访2～24个月手指外形良好,感觉、功能正常。结论:应用指动脉岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损创面,具有设计合理、切取转移方便、供受区邻近组织结构合理、修复后指外形满意等优点。
Objective ： To observe the effect of proximal phalanx artery island flap in repairing finger defect of soft tissue . Methods： According to the size of the defect proper proximal phalanx artery island flap was designed, and the wounds of cross finger were repaired by skin grafting. Results： All of the 50 flaps survived. Two to 24 months follow-up showed satisfactory results in shape and function. Conclusions： Repair of finger defect of soft tissue with proximal phalanx artery island flap has the advantage that the flap is cut and transferred easily. and it is near to the defected finger with resembling configuration.
