摘要
目的比较和分析重点大学与非重点大学护生实习前护理专业态度。方法将在本院实习的重点大学全日制61名护生设为第1组,非重点大学全日制118名护生设为第2组。在护生进入临床实习前,使用同一护理专业态度量表对两组护生进行问卷调查,比较和分析两组护生对护理专业态度的认识。结果两组护生护理专业态度16个项目得分及护理专业态度总得分比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护生在校学习期间应加强对护理专业态度的教育,强化护生在进入临床实习前的岗前教育。
Objective To investigate the attitudes of nursing students of key and non-key universities to nursing. Methods The 61 nursing students at internship from a key university were set as Group A and another 118 ones from non-key university as Group B. Before internship, the Attitude to Nursing Scale was used in the two groups to investigate their attitudes to nursing, which were then compared between the groups. Results The comparisons in 16 items showed statistical significances between the groups (P 〈 0.05). So it is with the comparison in the total scores of the groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The education on the attitude to nursing needs to be enhanced according to the characteristics of key and non-key universities and so does the pre-internship education for all nursing students.
