摘要
本文给出了环Ｚｍ上平衡函数的谱判别条件，讨论了环Ｚｍ上平衡函数的一些性质，并利用谱分解式给出了平衡函数的几个构造定理。
In this paper we give a necessary and sufficient condition of balanceness of m valued logical functions by using chrestenson cyclic spectrum We also investigate some properties of balanced m valued logical functions and methods are given for constructing the balanced m valued logical functions.
