摘要
利用2KW横流CO2激光器,在A3钢基材表面进行钴基自熔合金激光熔铸的工艺试验。着重研究激光输出功率、扫描速度、光束辐照状态、预热温度、粉末粒度以及涂层粘结剂等工艺参数对熔铸涂层几何外形主要参数界面角Φ及高宽比W的影响。
Melt-casting technique was used to build up Co-base alloy clading on A 3 plain steel plate. It follows that the characters of the shape of the build up, i.e. the wetting angle and the ratio of hight to width of the build up are stongly dependent upon the laser out-put power,scan rate of the laser spot, pre-heating temperature, the maner of irradiation, and the particle size of alloy as well as bonding reagent.
