摘要
用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了在稀盐酸介质中,偶氮胂Ⅲ-Eu3+体系的显色反应条件。结果表明,其最大吸收波长λmax=654nm,当溶液的pH值为4.22时,Eu3+浓度在0~10.80μmo·lL-1范围内符合比尔定律,回归方程为A=0.0499c(μmol·L-1)-0.0005,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4.99×104mol-1·L·cm-1。样品分析结果准确度高,方法灵敏、简便。
Color reaction of arsenazo Ⅲ with Eu^3+ was studied by UV-VIS spectrophotometry in diluted hydrochloric acid medium. The results showed that the absorption peak (λmax) was 654 nm. When the pH value of solution was 4.22, the range of Eu^3+ concentration was 0- 10.80umol .L^-1 and obeyed Beer's law. Theregression equation was A = 0. 0499c ( umol· L^-1) - 0.0005. Apparent molar absorption coefficient ε was 4. 99 × 10^4 mol^-1·L·cm^-1. The result was quite accurate, and UV-VIS spectrophotometry was sensitive and convenient for microanalysis of Eu^3+ in solution.
