摘要
针对期刊自动化管理中存在的问题,提出利用Excel对现刊进行排架,同时以架位号作为书号以便查找和归位,并用现代化手段打印现刊标贴,提高期刊管理工作的效率。
To solve some problems in automated management of periodicals, this paper suggests that EXCEL be used for current periodicals shelf-arrangement, and the shelf number could be used to look for and return books. In this way, the label could also be easily printed which enhances the efficiency of management.
