摘要
提高现刊管理效率,方便读者利用,充分发挥现刊的时效性,为高校读者的教学、科研、学习提供保障,是高校图书馆期刊管理工作者的努力目标。上海理工大学图书馆在现刊管理工作中通过选择合适的期刊架、现刊排架注重科学实用、现刊索刊号设计简单、利用Excel提高现刊排架效率与加强服务设施投入,提高了期刊管理工作效率,其实践经验值得借鉴。
It is the manager＇s aim to improve the efficiency of current journal management, and to provide convenience for the university readers, so that they can have access to the journals in time, which ensures their teaching, science research, and study. The library of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology chooses the right journal shelves, focuses on the scientific and practical journal management, simply designs the call number of the current journal, uses the Excel to improve the efficiency of the current journal shelving, and strengthens services and facilities investment in the work of current journal management. Their practical experience is worth reference.
