摘要
针对用UV漆罩光的普通单组分银粉塑料底漆存在的附着力差、容易被起咬等问题,研究分析了基料树脂的选择、NC与CAB的应用及区别、CAB的选择、CAB加量的影响、UV罩光漆的影响等各种因素,研制出适合UV漆罩光的单组分银粉塑料底漆。
Regarding the poor adhesion and easy lifting problems of one - component UV plastic primer this article has discussed the selection of base resins, application and difference of NC and CAB, CAB selection, effect of CAB content and clear UV topcoat. An optimized one - component plastic primer was developed finally.
