摘要
顺酐、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯为改性剂,在二甲苯溶液中对EVA进行自由基接枝改性,增强EVA的极性,以提高其对聚丙烯的附着力。采用过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂。论述了改性反应原理。实验证明,改性反应时间2~3h,采用28/150或28/250EVA。适当比例的改性剂有利于提高附着力。探讨了EVA作为聚丙烯塑料底漆的可行性。
AbstractThe EVA (ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer) hasbeen radically graft modified with maleic anhydride,2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate and glycidyl methacry-late as modifier in xylene to increase the polarity ofEVA, then to impove its adhesion on polypropyleneplastics. The initiator used is diisopropyl benzene per-oxide. The modification reaction mechanism is dealtwith. Experimentally, it has shown that the optimummodification reaction time is 2~ 3 hours and EVAcopolymer structure is 28/150 or 28/250. Addition ofoptimum amount of modifiers will improve the adhe-sion. The feasibility of EVA as primer of PP plasticshas been discussed.
