阐述了肝胆外科住院医师临床培训实践中应该遵循的整体性原则、联系性原则、有序性原则和动态性原则,并结合实际,有针对性地提出了肝胆外科住院医师临床培训的具体措施、制度和管理模式。
The principles to in the training of the resident physicians were discussed in hepatobiliary surgical department, and then the measures, system and management mode of training were proposed according to the characters of the residents.
