摘要
目的：证实胶原海绵的结构与组成，以及该材料用于体外创面的安全性。方法：利用冻干工艺将可溶性胶原制成海绵状止血材料，并进行氨基酸、紫外和电泳分析及生物学评价。结果：胶原海绵在细胞毒性、全身急性毒性、皮肤致敏、皮内注射、皮肤刺激和溶血等指标上均符合规定要求。
Objective: To confirm the composition of collagen sponge and to evaluate its safety. Methods: Collagen sponge hemostatics were prepared from the soluble collagen by means of lyophilization. Amino acid, UV spectrum, SDS PAGE analyses, and biological evaluation were conducted. Results: All the contents of biological evaluation consisting of cell culture cytotoxicity, acute toxicity after systemic injection , sensitization,intracutaneous injection,skin irritation and hemolysis met the requirements of standards. Conclusion: Collagen sponge is safe for application to in vitro wounds.
