摘要
稀H2SO4介质中,痕量铬(Ⅵ)对KBrO3氧化中性红和孔雀石绿褪色的反应具有较强的催化作用,通过测量530 nm和620 nm下,非催化体系和催化体系吸光度的变化,计算ΔA值,建立了双指示剂双波长动力学光度分析法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法.在优化条件下,该方法的线性范围为2×10^-8 - 2.6×10^-6g/mL,检出限为7.8×10^-9g/mL.
To establish a new dual-indicator and dual-wavelength catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of chromium(Ⅵ),which was based on the chromium(Ⅵ) catalyzed oxidation of Netural red and Maka chite green by potassium bromate in the media of H2SO4.The absorbance of the catalytic and uncatalytic systems were measured at 530 nm and 620 nm.The linear range of determination was 2×10^-8~2.6×10^-6 g/mL,and the detection limit was 7.8×10^-9 g/mL.
