Advances in oxytetracycline biosynthesis by Streptomyces rimosus

摘要 本文介绍了近年来土霉素的生物合成研究进展,包括基因簇结构、土霉素分子调控等,以及运用基因工程和组合生物合成原理创造新型土霉素结构类似物的前景。 This paper focuses on the research progress of oxytetracycline (OTC) biosynthesis in recent years, including OTC gene cluster architecture and its molecular regulation. And the prospective study of novel oxytetracycline analogs with genetic engineering and combinatorial biosynthesis technology was also addressed.
