摘要
从科学发展的视角来看,水运事业在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。三峡水库正常蓄水后,库区水位将明显抬高,因此应积极开发和利用库区支流水运资源,响应国家提倡的资源可持续发展利用。借鉴国内外内河水运资源利用的经验,指出支流航运存在的主要问题,提出了相应的建议,对促进三峡库区水运事业健康发展具有重要的指导意义。
The scientific outlook on development from the point of view, water utilization in the national economy was playing an increasingly important role. After normal the engineering of Three Gorges water level, made the database area water level headed up obviously. Therefore, aggressive development and utilization of affluent water transport resources in the reservoir area was in response of the country＇ s resources to promote sustainable development and utilization. Through reference from the foreign inland river water transport resources use the experience, and finally put forward the existent main problems and relevant suggestions of the affluent shipping, to promote the development of the Three Gorges Reservoir area water transport business had important guiding significance.
