摘要
目的：建立汉防己甲素脂质体包封率的测定方法。方法：采用葡聚糖凝胶柱分离脂质体与游离药物，采用高效液相色谱法（high performance liquid chromatography，HPLC）测定脂质体中汉防己甲素的包封率。结果：葡聚糖凝胶G50可有效分离脂质体和游离药物；汉防己甲素在2～12μg／ml时与峰面积线性关系良好，y=8368x-897．33，r=0．9995。结论：HPLC法简单可行，结果准确，可用于测定汉防己甲素脂质体的包封率。
Objective： To establish a method for determining the entrapement efficiency of tetrandrine liposomes. Methods： The sephadex G-50 column was used for separating liposomes from free drugs, and then the entrapment efficiency of tetrandrine liposomes was determined by high performance liquid chroma- tography （HPLC）. Results..~ The tetrandrine liposomes could be effectively separated from free drugs using sephadex G-50. Tetrandrine showed a good linear relation with the peak area at a range of 2 - 12μg/ml, y=18 368 x=897.33,r=0. 999 5. Conclusion： HPLC method is simple and accurate, and it can be used for the determination of entrapement efficiency of tetrandrine liposomes.
