摘要
目的了解医院传染病网络报告系统的应用效果。方法随机抽取传染病网络报告系统使用前后各300张传染病报告卡进行完整性、及时性评价。结果传染网络报告系统使用前,填写完整223张,完整率为74.33%;及时报卡222张,报告及时率为74%。医院传染病网络报告系统使用后,填写完整287张,完整率为95.67%;及时报卡282张,报告及时率为94%。医院传染病网络报告系统使用前后完整率、及时率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论该系统实现了医院内传染病的及时、准确上报。
Objective To realize the application evaluation of network reporting system for hospital infectious diseases.Methods 300 report cards of infectious disease were randomly selected before and after using the network reporting system for hospital infectious diseases,and then were compared the complete rate and timely rate of them.Results Before using the network reporting system for hospital infectious diseases, there were 223 complete report cards,the complete rate were 74.33%; there were 222 timely report cards,the timely rate were 74%.After that, there were 287 complete report cards,the complete rate were 95.67%;there were 282 timely report cards,the timely rate were 94%. After using the network reporting system for hospital infectious diseases,the complete rate and the timely rate were higher than before（P〈0.005 ）.Conclusions We can report infectious disease information completely and timely by this system.
