摘要
目的 加强对传染病疫情报告的管理 ,减少漏报发生 ,避免医院感染。方法 从 2 0 0 2年 1月开始 ,每月分别对门诊、病房的疫情报告工作进行监控和检查 ,对漏报原因进行分析。结果 传染病在门诊漏报率较高 ,占查出漏报的 86 .36 % ,总计漏报传染病病种 8种。结论 传染病漏报虽然难以完全避免 ,但通过全员培训 ,提高认识 ,增强主动性 ;强化管理 ,加大检查国度 ;发挥医院感染管理科和疫情报告专职人员的作用 ,采取及时而有效的监控措施 ,可有效的降低漏报率。
OBJECTIVE To strengthen the managements of infectious diseases reporting,reduce failures of reporting. METHODS The outpatient and inpatient departments′ monthly infectious disease reports in Beijing Children′s Hospital since Jan 2002 had been analyzed to find out the causes of failures of reporting. RESULTS The outpatient department had comparatively higher rates (86.36%) of failure of infectious disease reporting. There had totally 8 different kinds of infectious diseases been failure reported. CONCLUSIONS The failure of reporting can not be totally avoided,but can be minimized by training of all medical care staffs and staffs in duty of reporting,strengthening the managements procedures such as surveillance and inspections.
