摘要
目的分析新生儿血培养致病菌种类及药敏情况。方法用BACT/ALERT3D120全自动血培养仪对477份新生儿血培养进行检测,阳性血培养转种血平板,分离所得菌株用ATB半自动细菌分析仪鉴定细菌种类及药敏情况进行分析。结果477份血标本中分离出致病菌43株,阳性率为9.0%,G+球菌25,株占58.1%,其中以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌分离率最高,占检出菌株的48.8%。G-杆菌16株,占37.2%。药敏结果显示大多数细菌对常用药耐药率很高。结论败血症临床死亡率较高,临床医师应加强血液感染患者血液中病原菌的检测,以利于疾病的治疗。
Objective To analyse the distribution features and kinds of the pathogenic bacterium and antibiotic sensitivity from hemoculture in our hospital during May 2007 to Jun 2008.Methods A total of 477 hemoculture were determinated by Bact/Alert 3D 120.The positive hemoculture were reinoculated on sheep blood agar. All of pathogenic bacterium were tested by ATB expression.Results These pathogenic bacterium included 43 individual.The rate of pathogenic bacterium was 9.0%. The rate of pathogenic bacterium from G+ cocci were high to 58.1%, and 37.2 % of pathogenic bacterium was G- bacilli coagulase negative,Staphylococcus were the most frequent pathogenic baeterium.A lot of microphyte were more resist.Conclusions The mortality due to bacteremia are more higher.Doctors should pay attention to the detection of pathogens in blood which is helpful to clinical therapy.
