化学调控对夏大豆株型生理特性和产量的影响 被引量:16

Effect of compound chemical regulator on plant type, physiological character and yield of summer soybean

摘要 在夏大豆播前用200~1000mg/L钼酸铵溶液拌种,始花后7d每升水加20~100mg烯效唑和100mg亚硫酸氢钠喷施叶片。结果表明各处理均能降低株高,抑制乙醇酸氧化酶活性,增加茎粗和根瘤数,提高叶片的叶绿素含量、比叶重、光合速率、过氧化物酶和硝酸还原酶活性及籽粒产量。其中以500mg/L钼酸铵拌种溶液和每升水加50mg烯效唑和100mg亚硫酸氢钠喷施叶片效果最好,增产率达18.7%。 Summer soybean was treated with 200 ~ 1000mg/L ammonium molybdate before sowing and the leaves were sprayed with 20~100mg/L uniconazole mixed with 100mg sodium hydrogensulfite after their blooming for seven days. The results indicated that compound chemical regulator could decrease plant height, inhibit the activity of glycolate oxidase, increase stem thickness, the number of root nodule, chlorophyll content of the leaf, specific leaf weight, photosynthetic rate, activity of peroxidase and nitrate reductase and output of seeds. The effect of treatment combination treating seeds with 500mg/L ammonium molybdate and spraying leaves with 50mg/L uniconazole mixed with 100mg sodium hydrogensulfite was most remarkable, which rate of increasing yield amounted to 18.7%.
