摘要
用60Coγ射线50~100Gy辐照,成功选育出高产、优质、抗性强和区域适应性广等优良特性为一体的苎麻新品种圆叶青和7469。苎麻不同器官的辐射敏感性不同,辐照苎麻种子的适宜剂量为50~300Gy,辐照地下茎的适宜剂量为20~90Gy。辐照苎麻种子M1能发生明显的变异分离,其诱变率可提高1270%~5283%。因此,在M1即可进行严格的选择,并采用无性系繁殖技术,固定其优良性状,扩大其群体,供育种和生产应用。辐照苎麻种子比辐照地下茎的诱变、选择效果好,并获得预期效果,而辐照地下茎的技术条件要求高,存活率低,有益突变出现的几率更低,目前尚未在育种中取得实质性成效。
New ramie varieties of “Yuanyeqing” and “7469” were developed by adopting a new techique of 60 Co γ rays radiation.The two varieties have the combination of high yield,super quality and high resistance.The suitable dosage of irradiation to ramie seeds was 50~300Gy,and to the underground stems was 20~90Gy. Compared with other crops also treated with 60 Co γ rays,M 1 of ramie showed the variation of various characters with inducing rate increased by 12 70%~52 83%.Therefore,M 1 of the irradiated ramie may be used for strictly selection for promising plants and then using the techniques of insexual propagation for fixing some superior charaters.Ramie seeds irradiated with 60 Co γ rays were therefore considered as an ideal material for developing new variety.
