摘要 从粘附卡钻的机理入手,分析粘附卡钻发生的必要条件是:压差、钻具与井壁的封闭接触面。粘附卡钻的粘附力取决于压差和钻具侧向力、压实滤饼与钻具的摩阻系数、钻具与并壁的有效封闭接触面积三因素。通过机理分析和现场实例认为,以往单一提高钻井液润滑性来预防粘附卡钻并不能从根本上预防粘附卡钻,提出应该从优化井眼轨迹,简化钻具结构,降低狗腿度,改善泥饼质量,改善润滑性等综合性措施,才能真正预防粘附卡钻。 Started with the mechanism of adhesion and drilling pipe sticking, it is analyzed that the necessary con- ditions adhesion and sticking take place are pressure difference, sealed contact area between drilling tool and borehole wall. Adhesion of sticking depends on three factors, side force of pressure difference and drilling tool, friction coefficient between compaction filter cake and drilling tool, efficient sealed contact area between drilling tool and borehole wall. Through mechanism analysis and field instance, it is thought that only previous improvement of drill- ing fluid lubricity to prevent from sticking is unable to radically prevent from sticking. It is recommended that integrated measures, including optimizing well track, simplifying drilling tool configuration, dropping dogleg rate, fre- quently pulling the string up and down, improving the quality of mud cake and the lubricity, should be taken so as to really prevent from adhesion and drilling pipe sticking.
