无固相甲酸盐钻井液在牛东区块的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 吐哈油田三塘湖牛东区块储层岩性为火成岩,渗透率极低。储层微裂缝发育、水敏性强,钻井流体的滤液浸入和固相堵塞对储层造成伤害严重影响了投产效果。为使钻井过程中最大限度地保护储层,提高投产效果,针对牛东区块储层特点研究应用了无固相甲酸盐钻井液。在两年的研发和应用过程中,对钻井液体系进行了系统的室内研究,针对应用中存在的问题对配方不断进行改进和优化,研发和引入了油溶性暂堵剂和无渗透处理剂,提升了钻井液的封堵防塌和保护储层能力。2007年在牛东区块应用后,储层保护效果良好。 The lithology low permeability. There drilling fluid filtrate and of reservoirs in block Niudong in Santanghu of Tuha oilfield is developed microcracks in reservoirs and the blockage of solid phase cause damage its water sensitivity to reservoir, which igneous rock, with extremeIy is intensive. The intrusion of seriously influences the effect of the production. In order to protect reservoir maximally during drilling and improve production effect, according to the characteristics of reservoirs in block Niudong, formate drilling fluid with no solid phase is studies and applied. In two years of development and application, researchers conducted in - house systemic research on the system of drilling fluid. As to the problems existed in application, its formulation is gradually improved and optimized, oil soluble temporary blocking agent and impermeable processing agent were developed and introduced, the capability of reservoir protection and sealing and anti - sloughing of the drilling fluid is enhanced. After been applied in block Niudong in 2007, the technology has taken a good effect of reservoir protection.
