摘要
针对当前煤炭企业人力资源开发管理中存在的问题,并结合东曲矿人力资源管理现状,运用先进的人力资源管理理论,从人力资源开发、培养、利用、储存等方面,着重论述了人力资源开发管理对促进煤炭企业改革发展的重要性以及提高煤炭企业综合市场竞争力的意义。
In connection with the existing problems in the management of the current human resources development in coal enterprise, and combines the present situation of human resource management in Dongqu coal mine, by using the advanced human resources management theory, from the aspects of human resources development, training, utilization storage and so on discusses the importance of human resourees development management to promote the reform and development of coal enterprise, and the positive significance to improve comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprise.
