摘要
目的观察益气补肾口服液配合化疗抗胃癌术后癌细胞转移的作用。方法胃癌术后脾肾亏虚证患者47例随机分为治疗组28例,对照组19例。对照组单纯接受化疗,治疗组在此基础上加服益气补肾口服液。12个月后观察两组患者局部复发及远处转移情况及其对生活质量、外周血象、免疫功能的影响。结果治疗组的术后复发转移率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),Karnofsky评分、外周血象和免疫功能均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论益气补肾口服液配合化疗具有较好的抗胃癌术后转移及增敏减毒作用,并且能改善患者的生活质量,提高免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Bushen （Reinforce qi and strengthen kidney） Oral Liquid and chemotherapy on the metabasis of stomach cancer after operation. Methods The 47 patients of stomach cancer after operation with the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomized into treatment group （n = 28） and control group （n = 19）. The control group was treated simply by chemotherapy and the treatment group by chemotherapy and Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid. Condition of relapse and metabsis, quality of life, peripheral blood examination and immune function were observed 12 months later. Results The relapse and metabasis rate Of treatment group was remarkably lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）, the Karnofsky score, peripheral blood and immune function were all remarkably improved in comparison with control group （P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Oral Liquid together with chemotherapy has a good function in resisting the metabasis of stomach cancer after operation and increasing the sensitivity and decreasing the untoward reactions, and improving quality of life and immune function of patients as well.
