襄樊市低年级小学生智力发育及影响因素分析 被引量:4

Influencing Factor Analysis of Mental Development for Low-grade Primary School Students in Xiangfan City

摘要 目的了解襄樊市低年级小学生智力发育情况,研究影响智力的主要环境因素,探索积极有效的早期智力开发策略。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,测量襄樊城区及所辖市县1、2、3年级760名小学生智商;自编问卷调查智力相关影响因素,并进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示16项因素差异有统计学意义,再经多因素回归分析,早期教育、父母文化程度、父母职业、3岁前营养、独生子女、母亲孕龄、学习成绩、婴儿期喂养方式、当前体重等11项因素作为重要变量进入了回归模型。结论儿童智力发育受遗传因素和环境因素双重影响,而良好的后天环境因素有利于促进儿童智力的发育,提升其智力水平。 Objective To understand the situation of mental development of low- grade elementary school students in Xiangfan, to study the major influencing factors, and to explore the active and effective strategy for early learning. Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method, 760 elementary school students of Grades 1, 2 and 3 were selected to assess IQ, the self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate the influencing factors, and non- conditional logistic regression analysis was conducted to study the influencing factors. Results Single - factor analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference among the 16 factors, while multi- factor regression analysis showed that 11 factors, including early education, parents' education background, parents' occupation, nutrition before 3 - year - old, only one child in a family, mother's gestational age, academic performance, feeding pattern in babyhood, and current weight as the most significant variables were selected in the regression model. Conclusions Children's mental development is affected by both heredity and environmental factors, while a good acquired environment is conducive to promoting children's mental development and improving their intelligence levels.
