霍尔传感器状态监测电路的设计及其应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对一般电流、电压互感器存在体积大、精度不高、使用不便的缺点,而霍尔传感器具有精度高、线性好、频带宽、响应快等优点的情况,以霍尔效应原理为基础,霍尔传感器为对象,设计了霍尔传感器状态监测电路并制作了相应的电路板。该电路板能同时分别监测三路电流和电压量,且测量电阻可根据实际工况随时更换,具有体积小(13×10 cm)、方便、快捷的特点。最后用其进行了液压动力系统状态监测实验,并与一般电流互感器的测量结果作了对比分析。结果表明,设计的电路合理,制作的电路板工程实用价值较好。 Hall sensor has much more advantages compared with general current or voltage transformer, such as high precision, good linearity and frequency bandwidth, quick response and so on. Then the condition monitoring circuit with Hall sensor was designed and the according circuit board was produced based on Hall-effect principle. Three-way current and voltage could be monitored simultaneously and the measuring resistances could be replaced at any moment according to working conditions. The advantages of this circuit board are its little size (13×10 cm) and can be utilized conveniently. The experiments of condition monitoring to hydraulic power system show that the circuit is reasonable and the circuit board has good engineering practical value.
