摘要
目的探讨导致面颈部皮肤软组织扩张术后并发症的原因及其防治方法。方法通过统计87例行面颈部软组织扩张术患者的临床资料，总结和分析导致这些并发症的原因及防治过程中的经验教训。结果19例患者出现了血肿、切口裂开、扩张器外露、感染、皮瓣远端部分坏死、扩张器渗漏、扩张器移位等并发症，发生率21．8％。经及时有效的处理，仅5个扩张部位中断或严重影响了扩张术的进行，其余均达到了预期效果。结论应充分考虑面颈部组织结构的特殊性、精心设计，通过良好的术前准备和术后处理，可有效防治并发症，并取得良好的手术效果。
Objective To discuss the reasons, prevention and management of the complications during cervicofacial skin soft tissue expansion. Methods The clinical data of 87 patients receiving cervicofacial skin soft tissue expansion were analyzed, and the experience in preventing and managing complications were summarized. Results Ninety patients presented such complications as hematoma, rupture,exposure,infection, flap necrosis, leakage, and migration, with an incidence rate of 21.8%. Five expanded sites failed to perform secondary flap grafting due to complications, while others were successfullymanaged. Conclusion Considering the specific tissue structure and anatomy of cervicofacial part, fine design,sufficient preoperative preparation and excellent postoperative management are important for prevention and management of complications.
