摘要
目的 总结探讨视频健康宣教在6~30岁外耳再造手术围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法 将80例外耳再造患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组有计划的进行视频健康宣教,对照组常规给予健康教育。结果 实验组在遵医行为、自我防护、饮食知识和对疾病的治疗信心等方面的知识掌握情况明显优于对照组,两组间患者的差距具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),实验组40例应用了视频健康宣教患者的满意度为95%,对照组40例应用了常规健康宣教的患者的满意度为80%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)结论 应用视频健康宣教有效地建立了外耳畸形患者对于手术的信心,使患者接受准确有效的健康护理内容,有效提高了临床健康教育质量。
Objective Discussing outcomes of video health education in ear reconstruction patients aged between 5 and 31 years. Methods Eighty patients were divided into a study group (receiving video health educations) and a control group (no video education). Results Compared with those in the control group, patients in the study group acted signifi- cantly better in terms of compliance, self-defense, diet knowledge and confidence (p 〈 0.05). The rate of final satisfaction in the study group was 95%, compared to 80% in the control group (p 〈 0.05). Conclusions Using videos in health educations can enhance patient confidence and quality of education for patient with microtia, while augmenting patient understanding of nursing care.
