摘要
目的调查儿科护士的焦虑和抑郁现状及产生因素,探讨如何实施护理人员的管理。方法采用ZUNG焦虑白评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对150名普通儿科病房护士和150名新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)护士进行对照研究。结果普通儿科护士存在较严重的抑郁情绪。结论对儿科护士实施有效的心理保健和技能培训,是促进护士心理健康,促进护理学科发展的有力措施。
Objective about the depressed and anxious condition of Pediatric employed nurses and the factors which lead to their depression and anxiety, and study how to practise nursing management. Mathods Controlled studies about 150 Open-Book Management Pediatric employed nurses and 150 NICU employed nurses by self-rating depression cale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS). Results Normon Pediatric employed nurses have serious suppress and anxious motion and they usually espond immaturely, which affects mental health and may result in hidden danger in nursing. Conclusions Tightening up the skill-training to nurses, stepping up effective mental protection, and supporting with policy may be the best measure to improve the mental health of nurses, stabilize the nursing troops, promote nursing to develop.
