摘要
目的调查分析急诊科护理人员心理状态及其影响因素。方法选取2012年2月至2013年4月的62名急诊科护理人员为研究对象,将其采用SAS及SDS量表进行评估,同时将其中不同护龄、文化程度、职称、婚姻状况者的评估结果进行比较。结果急诊科护理人员SAS及SDS量表阳性率较高,且护龄≥10年者阳性率高于护龄<10年者,文化程度较低者阳性率高于文化程度较高者,初级护师阳性率高于其他职称者,已婚护理人员阳性率高于未婚护理人员,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论急诊科护理人员的焦虑抑郁心理较为明显,且受护龄、文化程度、职称、婚姻状况的影响较大。
Objective To investigate and analyze the mental state and its influencing factors of nursing staff in the emergency department. Methods Sixty-two nurses in emergency department from February 2012 to April 2013 were chosen as the research object. They were taken for SAS and SDS scale assessment, and the different nursing age, education level, professional title and marital status were taken for evaluation and comparison. Results The positive rates of SAS and SDS scale were high in emergency nursing staff, and were higher among the staff aged ≥10 years than those aged 〈10 years, higher among staff with lower education level than those with higher education level, higher among primary nurse than those with other titles, higher among married nursing staff than the unmarried nurses; the differences were of statistical signiflcance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The mental state of anxiety and depression is obviously found in nursing staff in emergency department, and is mainly influenced by the nursing age, education degree, professional title and marital status.
