摘要
目的通过对围手术期抗菌药物使用的干预研究,提高医院合理用药水平。方法采用监督管理和宣传教育等措施对医生围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行干预,并检测干预前后以及干预后6个月的抗菌药物使用情况,对各项指标进行数据分析。结果干预后各项指标有了明显好转,但在停止干预后6个月又有反复。结论干预措施对合理使用抗菌药物有良好效果,但需要长期坚持。
Objective To improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents in hospital by the intervention study on antimicrobial agents use in perioperation of type I operation. Methods Adopting the measures such as management, supervision, propaganda and education, the intervention was carried out on the status of antimierobial agents used by doctors in perioperation of type I opertation, the selected indicators were collected and investigated at 3 stages （before, after and 6 months after intervention） .The data were analyzed by statistical method. Results After intervention, all indicators were obviously improved. But six months later, some indicators were resumed. Conclusion The intervention is proved to be effective on rational use of antimicrobial agents, but needs long term persistence.
