黄麦合剂中制何首乌与黄芪的鉴别及二苯乙烯苷的含量测定 被引量:6

摘要 目的:为建立黄麦合剂的质量标准进行相关研究。方法:采用薄层鉴别法对处方中制何首乌、黄芪进行了鉴别,用HPLC法测定了制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果:薄层鉴别检出制何首乌、黄芪;二苯乙烯苷浓度在6.25-200μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.40%。结论:本法专属性强、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective: To perform a relative study for establishing the quality standard of Huangmai mixture. Methods: Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cure Sueco Glycines Sotae and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC method. Stilbene glucoside in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cum Suceo Glyeines Sotae was determined by HPLC method. Results.. Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cum Sueco Glycines Sotae and Radix Astragali could be detected by TLC method. Stilbene glueoside showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 6.25-200 μg/mL (r=0. 999 7). The average recovery was 100.4% and RSD was 1.40%. Conclusion: The method is feasible with good specificity and reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Huangmai mixture.
