摘要
高强度低松弛预应力混凝土用钢丝及钢绞线生产高速化、自动化、连续化的发展，对其原料提出了越来越高的要求。对８２Ｂ优质硬线的生产从化学成分的确定、碳偏析的控制、坯料的精整以及加热控制、控制轧制、斯太尔摩冷却等主要质量控制因素方面进行了论述。讨论８２Ｂ硬线的微合金化、时效及异常先共析组织，并给出其性能要求。
